If within 30 days of delivery you decide you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us, no questions asked. If you wish to return a device within this period, please get in touch with us through our contact form or send us an email at Info@CytoLED.com. Be sure to include your order number, and, if possible, a reason for the return (optional). We will provide you with the necessary information to do the return. Please note that CytoLED does not cover return shipping, and is not liable for lost shipments or damage to the product during return shipping. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it, and issue a 100% refund if it was returned in good condition.
